2. Description of service
FluxFile provides browser-based tools to convert, compress, organise, and edit PDF and other file formats. All processing occurs locally in your browser. FluxFile does not receive, store, or process your files on its servers.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service to process files you do not own or have the right to process.
- Attempt to circumvent any security features of the Service.
- Use automated tools to make an excessive number of requests to the Service API.
- Reverse engineer or redistribute any part of the Service.
4. Intellectual property
The FluxFile name, logo, and website design are the property of FluxFile. The underlying open-source libraries used for file processing are subject to their own licences (MIT, Apache 2.0, etc.).
You retain all rights to the files you process. FluxFile claims no ownership over your documents.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FluxFile does not guarantee that conversions will be error-free, that the output will meet your specific requirements, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. Always keep a copy of your original file.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FluxFile and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
